SCHEDULING: I book about one-two months in advance. Please take that into consideration when scheduling. I hardly ever have day-of appointments available. If you’d like to be added to my waitlist, email me!

I sometimes get last minute cancellations that are often hard to fill. If you’d like to be added to the list of people who can swing a last minute appointment, let me know via email! Put the subject line as “waitlist” please and if a cancellation comes through, I’ll reach out.

Cancellation Policy:
If you feel sick in any way, please do not come in for your appt. Email me to cancel.
>>NOTE: Please be mindful of our scheduled time together. I understand sudden illnesses occur, especially these days. That said, please try to keep track of your appointments and honor me with a 24 hours notice when at all possible if you’re not going to be able to keep our appt due to schedule changes or all other instances where sickness isn’t the issue.
I understand that unforeseen events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. With that said, all I ask of my clients is to contact me within a reasonable time prior to their appointment if a situation arises and we need to reschedule or cancel. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, I feel the need insist the following policies are honored and respected:
24 hour advance notice (when possible) is appreciated when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment in your place. If you are unable to give a 24 hours advance notice and cancel within less of a time window, you will be charged for 50% of your scheduled appointment cost. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. This is to compensate my time waiting and not being able to fill the appointment in such a short time period. NOTE: If you have a gift certificate or have prepaid for the missed appointment and do not contact me in a reasonable time to cancel (even a text or an email will do), your GC will be redeemed as payment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason without calling to cancel it, will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged a no-show fee for their missed appointment that is equal to the full value of the service they would’ve received had the appointment been fulfilled... This fee will need to be paid prior to any future appointments. If you cannot make it, please just email, text or call Bee to reschedule your appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Unless you call me and give me a heads up on your ETA, I will wait 15 mins into your appointment time. After 15 mins, your appointment will be cancelled. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration for me, as your massage therapist and my other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
