As of March 10th 2018: I am currently expecting my first child and will be taking a maternity leave mid-May for about 8 wks! If you were looking to schedule leading up to that, I am currently not booking any more appointments until I return in July but I do have a waitlist going so you can contact me to hop on that for the time being. If you have a GC, no worries! There is no rush or expiration date but we will have to wait until I return to redeem that for you. Thank you for understanding my life changes at this time!
NOTE: I have currently been booking about one month in advance. Please take that into consideration when scheduling. Sometimes I do have day-of appointments available or a cancellation will come through so it never hurts to ask but I usually fill my schedule ahead of time. Sometimes I work straight through the day so if I don't get back to your voicemail fast enough, shoot me an email. Those are usually easier to reply to during my workday! :)
I do schedule on a first-come-first-served basis so if I send you a list of openings, please get back to me as soon as you can so you get the time that works best for you!

I understand that unforeseen events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. With that said, all I ask of my clients is to call within a reasonable time prior to their appointment if a situation arises and we need to reschedule or cancel. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, I feel the need insist the following policies are honored and respected:
24 hour advance notice (when possible) is appreciated when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment in your place. If you are unable to give a 24 hours advance notice and cancel within less of a time window, you will be charged for 50% of your scheduled appointment cost. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. This is to compensate my time waiting and not being able to fill the appointment in such a short time period. NOTE: If you have a gift certificate or have prepaid for the missed appointment and do not contact me in a reasonable time to cancel (even a text or an email will do), your GC will be redeemed as payment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason without calling me to cancel it, will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged a $50 no-show fee for their “missed” appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Unless you call me and give me a heads up on your ETA, I will wait 30mins into your appointment time. After 30mins, your appointment will be cancelled. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration for me, as your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
