Flexible hours might be available! If you need an appointment time other than those listed online, please contact directly for possible additional availability. 

NOTE: I have currently been booking about one month + half in advance. Please take that into consideration when scheduling. Sometimes I do have day-of appointments available or a cancellation will come through so it never hurts to ask but I usually fill my schedule ahead of time.

Sometimes I work straight through the day so if you call and I don't get back to your voicemail fast enough, shoot me an email or send me a text message! Those are usually easier to reply to during my workday! :)

I do schedule on a first-come-first-served basis so if I send you a list of openings, please get back to me as soon as you can so you get the time that works best for you!

Cancellation Policy

I understand that unforeseen events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. With that said, all I ask of my clients is to contact me within a reasonable time prior to their appointment if a situation arises and we need to reschedule or cancel. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, I feel the need insist the following policies are honored and respected: 

24 hour advance notice (when possible) is appreciated when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment in your place. If you are unable to give a 24 hours advance notice and cancel within less of a time window, you will be charged for 50% of your scheduled appointment cost. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. This is to compensate my time waiting and not being able to fill the appointment in such a short time period.  NOTE:  If you have a gift certificate or have prepaid for the missed appointment and do not contact me in a reasonable time to cancel (even a text or an email will do), your GC will be redeemed as payment. 

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason without calling to cancel it, will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged a no-show fee for their missed appointment that is equal to the full value of the service they would’ve received had the appointment been fulfilled..(30min no show is $35, 60min no show is $65 and so on). This fee will need to be paid prior to any future appointments with Bee. If you cannot make it, please just email, text or call Bee to reschedule your appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Unless you call me and give me a heads up on your ETA, I will wait 30mins into your appointment time. After 30mins, your appointment will be cancelled. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration for me, as your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
